Common questions

Contact questions

Short answers to the things customers usually want to know first. If your question is not here, send it to us on WhatsApp.

Ask us by email
What is the best way to reach you?

WhatsApp is usually quickest for short questions and photos of a device or error message. Call if you need to explain something in detail. Email is best for equipment lists, quotes and anything with attachments.

Can I bring my computer to you?

Contact us first so we can confirm the arrangements and make sure someone is available. We work by arrangement rather than publishing a walk-in shop address, and we will tell you exactly where and when to bring the device.

Do you charge to look at a device?

If there is a charge for diagnosis, we will tell you before you leave the device with us. The cost of any repair is confirmed separately, before work starts, so you can decide whether to go ahead.

Do you support customers outside Lusaka?

Yes, in other parts of Zambia as well. Remote support works anywhere with an internet connection. For on-site work, send us your location and we will confirm whether a visit can be arranged and what it would involve.
